How do I report an issue/ticket?


  1. Issuing a ticket is quite simple. Initially you need to go to at: https://help.scopicsoftware.com/portal/en/home 
  2. On the right corner on the bottom of the page you will find the "submit a ticket" button. 




 
  1. This button will then send you here: https://help.scopicsoftware.com/portal/en/newticket    
  1. You will have to provide your name, date, the project for which you're issuing the ticket for, the subject of discussion and description.
  2. Further down you will decide on the level of priority for the ticket and classification.  
  3. You may also attach a file or URL if necessary.  
  4. After this, click submit and your ticket will be reviewed within the timeframe of your chosen support tier.
