Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel
your subscription to any of Scopic’s services and support at any time.
To cancel it, log in to the Customer Portal and go to the Subscriptions tab.
From the subscription list, click on the subscription that you would like to
cancel.
In the subscription details
page next, click on the Cancel button at the top-right corner to
cancel the subscription.
You will see two options: keeping your subscription running until the next renewal date (so you will not be charged anymore), or canceling your subscription immediately (please note that you will not be able to use the services anymore if you choose this option).
